About
Hiring runs on claims. We think it should run on proof.
VERYFY is the trust layer for hiring — infrastructure that lets professionals prove what they can do, and gives employers evidence to decide with.
Why we exist
The signal is broken on both sides.
Capable people are filtered out because their CV does not read the way a hiring system expects. Others advance because their documents are well written, not because their work is strong.
Employers feel the same problem from the other direction. They interview on instinct, take credentials as proxies for ability, and discover real capability months after someone joins.
Both sides are trying to answer one question — can this person actually do the work — with instruments that were never designed to answer it. VERYFY exists to put evidence where that guess currently sits.

Principles
What we hold to, even when it is slower.
Evidence over assertion
Anyone can claim a skill. We only show a capability as VERYFY'D when something real sits behind it and that evidence has been checked.
Additive, not dismissive
CVs, interviews and credentials are not useless — they are incomplete. VERYFY adds a layer of evidence rather than replacing the judgement of the people hiring.
The professional owns the profile
Evidence belongs to the person who produced it. Professionals decide what is on their profile, what is VERYFY'D, and who can see it.
Proof should travel
A VERYFY'D capability should be useful in every hiring conversation, not locked inside one employer’s applicant system.
