How does Veryfy actually verify a candidate's claims?+
Verification happens through three layers: Platform Pulls (OAuth-connected activity from GitHub, Jira, Figma, etc.), Manager Stamps (direct confirmation requests sent to a named manager), and Peer Endorsements (corroboration from colleagues who worked on the same project). Each signal carries a different trust weight.

Can I search across all Veryfy profiles?+
The Talent Portal (Growth and Enterprise plans) lets you search and filter professionals by capability domain, LeaDe Score, verification density, location, and availability. You only see candidates who have opted into employer discovery — professionals always control their visibility.
Is candidate data GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. Veryfy is UK GDPR compliant. Candidate data is processed only under lawful bases. Professionals can withdraw consent, request deletion, or restrict processing at any time. Employer access is logged and visible to the professional. We do not sell or share candidate data with third parties.
